Join ANH as Global M&T Controller, a pivotal role overseeing financial optimization of our manufacturing operations. As Business Partner and part of the Global M&T Leadership Team you will lead strategic and operational initiatives that will have a measurable impact on business outcomes. You will lead a dynamic finance team.

Your key responsibilities

• Finance business partner to Head of M&T.
• Contribute to shaping the M&T strategy.
• Provide insights into product cost developments.
• Lead and develop a team of M&T controllers.
• Steer various KPIs to enable business to reach EBITDA and Cash targets.
• Compile managerial reporting.
• Drive transformation savings and follow up.

You bring

• 10+ experience in a senior finance role in an operations or manufacturing environment
• Advanced analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Academic level of thinking and acting
• Fluent in English (German & French additional plus)
• Has built, managed and developed teams (+5FTEs)
• Leading Change
• Collaborating & Influencing skills (builds relationships; creating a win-win environment)
