We are currently looking for an Engineer experienced in image processing and algorithms to join our R&D team in Dättwil, Switzerland. You will be part of the Clinical Tools team, which has co-developed the Ethos product and contributing to other applications as well. We are an international team of software experts in close contact with clinical and research partners. We value quality, self-management, continuous improvement, and respectful communication.  

We work closely with teams in Dättwil, Helsinki and Budapest, as well as with our product managers in Switzerland and North America (East Coast).  
 

Responsibilities:   

  • Design and implement high-quality software applications for radiation therapy planning and monitoring 

  • Actively participate in discussions with product managers and clinical partners to find innovative solutions for new and existing products ahead of production 

  • Develop prototype software for algorithms, workflows, and user interface for collecting customer feedback 

  • Integrate, develop, and maintain image processing/analysis algorithms and related workflows  

 

Qualifications:  

  • MSc or above in computer science, or comparable experience  

  • Substantial experience developing and/or integrating image processing/analysis algorithms in research or productive environment.

  • Desire and drive to aim for user-oriented solutions with highest benefit for clinicians and patients.

  • Working experience in software product development (C/C++, C#).

  • AI/ML experience desired.

  • Tam orientation and ability to work effectively and well-structured with all levels of the organization

  • Effective English communication skills .
