BD, a leading global medical technology company, is seeking an Omnichannel Marketing Manager for its Urology and Critical Care (UCC) division in the EMEA region. This role is responsible for driving the effectiveness of omnichannel campaigns from inception to execution and feedback, with a strong emphasis on digital platforms. Urology and Critical Care (UCC) is an established and trusted partner in urinary healthcare, developing complete solutions which optimise the urine drainage process in the Acute Care Hospital setting

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Design, propose, and implement a successful organisation and operating model for omnichannel marketing
  • Establish omnichannel strategy and capabilities, ensuring alignment with the digital roadmap
  • Drive UCC EMEA omnichannel effectiveness in collaboration with regional, global, and local stakeholders
  • Expand omnichannel capabilities, including personalization and unified communication framework, to enhance customer experience
  • Implement a standardised omnichannel approach across countries, including digital and physical engagements, campaigns, webinars, and training
  • Leverage existing and new digital platforms and commercialise them to power the omnichannel approach
  • Facilitate the end-to-end omnichannel process, including lead management
  • Manage and collaborate on the execution of digital omnichannel campaigns across EMEA markets
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy targeting healthcare professionals and patients in the MedTech field
  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Analyse customer data, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, translating complex data into actionable strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and R&D, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts
  • Manage UCC Digital Programs and lead the transformation to a more digitally savvy Urology & Critical Care business unit

About you

  • Experience with Direct to Consumer Omnichannel
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, media management, communications or a related field
  • Proven experience in either digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing, preferably within the MedTech or healthcare industry
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Salesforce)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and AI tools
