Geocycle, as a leading waste management service provider, is looking for a Head of Market and Communications. In this role, you will be leading a small team and together will be responsible for supporting market development in all the countries where we are active.


Your responsibilities will be split between:


Marketing: Supporting countries as they develop profitable business models, using the Group’s know-how and experience of other success stories. This included developing complex business structures for municipal waste, stakeholder management, and developing local competencies of the countries.


Communications: Responsible for managing our communications channels on Facebook, LinkedIn and Connect (Holcim intranet). In addition, organizing the annual Geocycle week, managing news articles for external press, and being the point of contact for the Holcim Communications team.

  • Bachelor’s degree


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development role

Language Requirements

Fluent in English.
